Chia Seed Pudding:

Chia Seeds

Cup
Coconut Milk
Unsweetened, or milk of your choice
1/2
Cup
Greek Yogurt
Plain

Tsp
Vanilla

Tbsp
Maple Syrup
Instructions
Combine in a high speed blender and process until smooth
Chia Seed Pudding:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
