Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Milk of choice (plant based or dairy)
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Cover bowl and put in fridge overnight.
  • Uncover, add toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Healthy Flavor Topping Options:
Any chopped fresh fruit, shredded coconut flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds,
pumpkin seeds, hemp heart, raisins.
Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
