Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Cover bowl and put in fridge overnight.
Uncover, add toppings and enjoy.
Notes
Healthy Flavor Topping Options:
Any chopped fresh fruit, shredded coconut flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds,
pumpkin seeds, hemp heart, raisins.
Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
