Jicama “Churros”

Ingredients

Each
Medium jicama
peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch sticks

Tbsp
Coconut oil
melted

Tbsp
Maple syrup
2
Tsp
Cinnamon
1
Tsp
Granulated sugar
optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients, except the granulated sugar, together until the jicama is well coated
Spread on a baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes until crispy, tossing half way.
Top with a sprinkle of granulated sugar and enjoy!
Notes
The air fryer also works great to make these.
