Half chia seed pudding, half passion fruit, mango, banana smoothie. Topped with coconut flakes, flaxseeds, cherries and borage flowers.

Smoothie Bowl of My Dreams
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen passion fruit cubes (I use Pitaya Foods)
- 1 Each Mango Ripe
- 1 Each Banana Frozen
Chia Seed Pudding:
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened, or milk of your choice
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine in a high speed blender and process until smooth
Chia Seed Pudding:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
