Post Workout Hydration/Electrolytes
Electrolytes are necessary for optimal hydration! When you workout and sweat a lot you lose crucial electrolytes and need to replenish with more than just water. This post workout drink has a balance of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and as a bonus, iron!
*Tart cherry juice has been shown to aid in a speedy recovery and may increase strength and reduced muscle soreness*

Post Workout Hydration/Electrolytes
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Tart Cherry Juice
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Each Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mix all together.
- Serve over ice.
