Frozen Yogurt Bark

Perfect high protein snack for a hot summer day. Customize your own toppings with fruit, nuts, nut butters, pretzels, granola or coconut!

Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Each Custom toppings Fruit, nuts, nut butters, pretzels, granola or coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder Optional for Chocolate Bark

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and honey/maple syrup until well combined
  • Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle on the toppings
  • Freeze for about 4 hours, break into pieces and enjoy!
  • For Chocolate yogurt bark add:1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
