Wellness Tea Bombs

Starting to feel under the weather? This wellness tea has all the powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial fighting ingredients to help you start feeling better! Love having these already made in my freezer to pop into a cup of boiling water for a quick boost of wellness.

Wellness Tea Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Turmeric or 3" Knob of Freshly peeled Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Helps to absorb the turmeric
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Whole Lemons Peeled
  • 3 Inch Ginger Fresh Peeled
  • 12 Oz Water
  • 1/8 Tsp Saffron

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except the saffron until smooth.
  • Pour into an ice cube tray, top each cube with a few strands of saffron and freeze.
  • Once frozen, pop them out into a container and store in your freezer. 
  • Pop one into a cup of boiling water, stir and enjoy for a quick boost of wellness.
