Wellness Tea Bombs
Starting to feel under the weather? This wellness tea has all the powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial fighting ingredients to help you start feeling better! Love having these already made in my freezer to pop into a cup of boiling water for a quick boost of wellness.
Wellness Tea Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Powdered Turmeric or 3" Knob of Freshly peeled Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 Tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Helps to absorb the turmeric
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Whole Lemons Peeled
- 3 Inch Ginger Fresh Peeled
- 12 Oz Water
- 1/8 Tsp Saffron
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the saffron until smooth.
- Pour into an ice cube tray, top each cube with a few strands of saffron and freeze.
- Once frozen, pop them out into a container and store in your freezer.
- Pop one into a cup of boiling water, stir and enjoy for a quick boost of wellness.
