Squash Blossom Pizza
These vibrant blossoms are perfectly edible and full of nutrition.
Calcium, iron, folate, vitamin C and A. And when you are unsure of what to do with a vegetable my rule of thumb is to throw it on top of a pizza!


Squash Blossom Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Store Bought or Home Made Pizza Crust
- 1/2 C Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 Tsp Fresh Herbs Chopped - Thyme, Basil or Both
- 1/4 C Grated Parmesan
- 8 Squash Blossoms
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Pinch Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread the ricotta cheese evenly in the middle.
- Sprinkle on the garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese.
- Top with the squash blossoms, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of flaky salt.
- Bake at 450 for about 14-15 minutes.
