Perfect high protein snack for a hot summer day. Customize your own toppings with fruit, nuts, nut butters, pretzels, granola or coconut!

Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 Each Custom toppings Fruit, nuts, nut butters, pretzels, granola or coconut
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder Optional for Chocolate Bark
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and honey/maple syrup until well combined
- Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle on the toppings
- Freeze for about 4 hours, break into pieces and enjoy!
- For Chocolate yogurt bark add:1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
