5-Minute Egg Drop Soup
Forget protein shakes, this low-carb soup has a whooping 36g of protein and is perfectly warm and comforting in this cold, rainy weather. Best part, it takes 5 minutes!!

5-Minute Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Bone Broth
- 2 Each Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium or Tamari
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Scallions Chopped
Instructions
- Pour broth into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1 Tbsp water until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the broth while stirring.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and beat lightly.
- Pour eggs through a sieve into the broth while stirring (this will make nice delicate egg ribbons).
- Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Top with scallions and enjoy immediately!
