Chocolate Avocado Peanut Butter Pudding

This one satisfies allllll the cravings. Rich, creamy and has the classic combo of chocolate and peanut butter. February is American Heart Health month so highlighting AVOCADOS as one of the best monounsaturated fats that are also loaded with #hearthealthy potassium and fiber.

Chocolate Avocado Peanut Butter Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Each Ripe Avocado
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Spoon into bowls.
  • Top with fresh fruit, chocolate chips, coconut whipped cream or a drizzle of peanut butter.
