Introducing ‘Yo Mama’
There are a few things I miss from covid quarantine: sourdough starters, everyone planting a vegetable garden, and family meals… These are such positive healthy lifestyle habits that I wish we could all bring back into focus.
It’s tradition to give your sourdough starter a name so awhile back I asked my boys what we should name ours. My middle son immediately said “Yo Mama” and the rest is history. So I’d like to introduce you to Yo Mama who is thriving and creating beautiful loaves of sourdough bread. My boys refer to each loaf of bread made from the starter as “Yo Mama” and I have to giggle every time I hear “Can I have another piece of Yo Mama?”
✨I challenge you to refocus on any positive habit you started during quartentine that may have been long forgotten✨
